    The hotel is clean and in a great location near the dunes. We enjoyed the gym and played some pool. Evenings were fun with live shows and music. The diverse food options and friendly staff.

    Straight talk, worth it or not?

    The expansive breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, and the staff's friendliness. Perfect distance to the beautiful dunes-a highlight of my trip.

    One downside was the pool regulations that went unheeded, with guests reserving sunbeds early-frustrating for late risers! Dining at peak times felt rushed too.

    Helpful staff as well as appetising food. The hotel was placed not far from many main attractions and within 15 minutes walk from yumbo centrum. To grab a bite visit Bar Rococo, it is located close by. Nothing beats being in Riu Palace Maspalomas...

    The Double Room with Sea View was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, a balcony with amazing views of the dunes, and a private bathroom stocked with toiletries. The hotel itself was super clean, and the Spa facilities offered really nice massages. Breakfast had a generous buffet, including freshly baked croissants and a variety of dishes to suit everyone.

    The hotel is right next to the dunes. We enjoyed the indoor activities like table tennis and billiards. The evenings had live shows and music which kept the fun going. The super nice team and friendly.

    One downside was when we booked a special dinner at the Krystal restaurant, but our reservation wasn't recognized when we arrived, leaving us without a table. It was frustrating after all the excitement about the evening.
